Supply Chain

THE SHARED LINE

Marcolin is committed to promoting and upholding the values of transparency, integrity, and respect throughout the production chain. The company firmly condemns and takes decisive action against any practices that do not reflect these principles, recognizing that the pursuit of social responsibility objectives is an ongoing process of continuous improvement.
We collaborate with a global network of partners selected not only for quality and reliability, but also for their ability to share our environmental, social, and ethical values. In this journey, engaging the supply chain is a key element in generating positive impact and fostering continuous improvement across the entire value chain.
We have adopted a structured approach to managing ESG risks within the supply chain, integrating assessment and monitoring tools that enable us to analyze supplier performance and identify potential critical issues. This commitment translates into an ESG evaluation system and ethical-social audit activities that ensure respect for human rights, working conditions, and environmental standards.
The Supplier Code of Conduct represents the main reference point for our partners and sets out rigorous standards of behavior aligned with international principles, including those of the International Labour Organization. Compliance with these requirements is essential for establishing and maintaining business relationships with the Group.
In 2025, we further strengthened supply chain oversight through the introduction of a structured ESG monitoring program based on the EcoVadis platform. This allows us to carry out in-depth supplier assessments, identify higher-risk areas, and plan targeted actions, promoting an approach based on objective data and prioritization criteria.
Active supplier engagement is central to this journey: through workshops, discussions, and engagement activities, we promote a shared culture of sustainability and encourage the adoption of increasingly responsible practices. In 2025, we mapped hundreds of suppliers, gaining an increasingly comprehensive and structured view of ESG performance across the value chain.
At the same time, we continue to invest in the efficiency and innovation of our supply chain. The management of production and logistics flows is geared toward reducing waste, optimizing inventory, and continuously improving processes, with the aim of combining speed, precision, and sustainability.
This journey has enabled us over time to consolidate an increasingly structured approach to sustainability, also recognized by important external assessments such as the EcoVadis rating.
