Human Capital

Diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and professional development are the pillars of our vision of work.

In 2025, in line with 2024 data, 58% of the workforce is represented by women, with female presence accounting for 46% of managerial roles. This significant result is reinforced by achieving UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, recognizing our policies on inclusion, flexibility, pay equity, and the promotion of female leadership.

We invest in people growth through structured programs: the Leadership Academy, designed to strengthen managerial skills, and the Manufacturing Academy, dedicated to technical and professional development for key roles in production sites.

Supporting internal growth, the Marcolin Evaluation System is a key tool for valuing people: an annual assessment system that fosters dialogue between managers and employees, sets individual goals, and promotes development paths aligned with organizational needs and personal ambitions.

At the same time, we have strengthened corporate welfare initiatives, promoting a sustainable balance between private and professional life. Key measures include smart working, flexible hours, and the introduction of a psychological support service aimed at fostering emotional and relational wellbeing.
