We have voluntarily joined the United Nations Global Compact, the strategic initiative launched by the United Nations to promote a sustainable and inclusive global economy. Through this commitment, we pledge to support, disseminate, and integrate the Ten Principles concerning human rights, labor standards, the environment, and anti-corruption into our business processes.
This step further strengthens our vision, in line with the objectives of the United Nations 2030 Agenda (SDGs).
As part of this journey, we actively participate in Global Compact working groups, particularly the one dedicated to Sustainable Procurement—an essential area for our international production and distribution activities. Engagement with other companies enables us to share experiences and progressively strengthen our ESG approach.
Further demonstrating our commitment, Marcolin completed the UN Global Compact Climate Ambition Accelerator 2025 program, which supports companies in defining measurable, science-based emission reduction targets, particularly on climate change topics. This is achieved through training tools, benchmarking, and multilateral collaboration.
